Finding the right therapist can be very difficult, especially when experiencing emotional pain. 
 
The therapeutic relationship provides a foundation for profound change and self-discovery.  Warmth, empathy, and positive regard are important qualities to look for when choosing a therapist. As a therapist, one of my core beliefs is that every person possesses positive and unique qualities.  I strive to focus on a person's successes rather his / her failures. 
 
Although it is important to learn from one's mistakes, dwelling on past failures causes more harm than good.  A supportive therapeutic relationship can help a person to move forward in life, to heal past wounds, to improve quality of life and, ultimately -- to discover more meaning.

I have been working in various helping professions for the last fifteen years. 
 
Because of my experiences, I relate well to people of all ages.  I believe in developing a strong relationship with my clients so that they feel confident in my ability and also, so that they feel comfortable returning in the future if the need should arise.
 
My office is located in Nazareth, PA, easily accessible from Routes 22, 191 and 33.  Free parking is available in the building lot.
